The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma manufacturing quality systems and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement across QA, labs, and supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC department in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Proven track record in audits and CAPA implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control department to ensure compliant operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensure GMP and ISO 9001 standards are met across labs and processes.
• Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance of QC instruments and equipment.
• Investigate deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints with root-cause analysis and CAPA.
