Job summary

Recruit AI in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC department in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role ensures raw materials, in-process, and finished goods meet regulatory standards, with a focus on GMP, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee SOPs, audits, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, R&D, and Procurement to resolve quality issues and monitor supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical QA/QC.
• Strong experience with GMP and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience in leading QA/QC teams and driving CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control department to ensure compliant operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensure GMP and ISO 9001 compliance across all QC activities.
• Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance of QC instruments.
• Investigate deviations and CAPA, and prepare regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external regulatory audits.
• Train and develop QC staff in testing protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier quality and support vendor qualification.
