Paramount Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Quality Control to supervise the QC laboratory in Islamabad. You will oversee day-to-day testing, data review, and ensure compliance with GMP and QC SOPs.

The role involves mentoring analysts, coordinating calibration, and supporting audits. Qualifications include a Pharm-D or Chemistry-related degree with 4–6 years of pharmaceutical QC experience, including data review and OOS/OOT handling.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or Chemistry or related science.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, supervise daily QC testing of materials and finished products.
• Review analytical data, worksheets, chromatograms and lab records for accuracy and data integrity.
• Ensure analysts follow approved methods, SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Oversee calibration and preventive maintenance of lab instruments (HPLC, dissolution, UV).
• Investigate OOS/OOT results with QC Manager and QA, implement CAPA.
• Support stability studies, method verification/validation, and sample management.
• Prepare for internal, customer and regulatory audits and respond to observations.
• Train and evaluate QC analysts and plan workload/shift coverage.
• Maintain and update QC SOPs, specifications and test records.
• Report laboratory performance and deviations to QC Manager.
