Job summary

Easy2Employ, LLC is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Developer to design, customize, and optimize enterprise financial and supply chain solutions. You will work across PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, and BI Publisher to deliver scalable components with strong performance and secure documentation.

The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of hands-on FSCM experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and relevant certifications.

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules
• Strong design, customization, upgrade and maintenance skills across lifecycles
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, and BI Publisher tooling

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft FSCM solutions using PeopleCode, App Engine, and SQR.
• Build integrations via Component Interfaces and Application Packages.
• Configure and optimize BI Publisher and nVision reports, plus file handling routines.
• Implement Fluid Technologies for responsive interfaces and MICR font formatting for secure docs.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, optimize SQL, and document developed components thoroughly.

Experience

• Possess between 4 to 10 years of intensive, hands-on enterprise technical development experience specifically focused on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules.
• Demonstrated mastery in designing, customizing, upgrading, and maintaining complex PeopleSoft environments across multiple implementation lifecycles within large-scale corporate ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft FSCM solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
• Build advanced integrations and interfaces leveraging Component Interfaces and Application Packages.
• Configure and optimize BI Publisher reports, nVision reports, and file handling routines.
• Implement responsive Fluid Technologies and apply specialized MICR font formatting for secure financial documentation.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks, optimize SQL queries, and deliver comprehensive technical documentation for all developed components.

Required Skills

• Technical (must-have): PeopleCode, Application Engine, nVision, SQR, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, advanced SQL and performance tuning, Fluid Technologies, BI Publisher, MICR font configuration, and file handling mechanisms.
• Soft skills (nice-to-have): Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, precise attention to detail, proactive communication, and effective time management in high-pressure delivery cycles.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Relevant PeopleSoft certifications or Oracle training credentials are highly valued and strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft selective adoption and Update Image maintenance processes.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft FSCM with third-party cloud applications and external banking systems.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) and automated testing methodologies is considered a distinct advantage for candidates.
