Job summary

Abacus is seeking a hands-on Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join our Lahore-based delivery team. You will work on Campus Solutions implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, building and customizing PeopleSoft components and integrating with third-party systems.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of PeopleSoft development experience, proficiency across PeopleTools, and a track record of end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions development experience.
• End-to-end implementation and upgrade experience.
• Strong technical design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience integrating external systems (payments, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.
• Build integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
• Develop batch processes with validation, transformation, and error handling.
• Support data migration and post-migration validation during implementations and upgrades.
• Provide production support, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
