Job summary

Troxis is seeking a People Experience Coordinator in Lahore, Pakistan for an on-site, full-time role. You will partner with the People & Culture team to create a welcoming, connected, and engaging workplace.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR or People & Culture, with strong communication and coordination skills. You will drive employee engagement, onboarding, celebrations, and internal communications across the organization.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities are essential.
Good organizational and coordination abilities are necessary.
Creative mindset with ability to generate new engagement ideas.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

Support initiatives that create a positive and engaging employee experience.
Be a friendly and approachable point of contact for employees and coordinate engagement activities.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events, including celebrations and cultural events.
Track birthdays, work anniversaries, achievements, and milestones; support recognition programs.
Assist in preparing internal communications and keep employees informed about events and updates.
