Job summary

Roche Holding AG seeks a Pharmacist with at least 3 years in relevant therapeutic areas to act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and Roche, ensuring the appropriate use and lifecycle management of Roche products. You will understand disease landscapes and collaborate with HCPs to deliver patient value.

You should have strong cross-functional experience, a growth mindset, and a broad view of Roche’s current portfolio and future pipeline, enabling future-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required.
• Business degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience.
• Experience in Nephrology and Rheumatology preferred.
• Strong collaboration and team work.
• Cross-functional experience.
• Growth mindset is valued.
• Deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments.
• Future-oriented with portfolio and pipeline awareness.

Responsibilities

• Primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
• Responsible for Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use.
• Understand disease landscape and products knowledge.
• Own Roche’s products through their lifecycle and support their appropriate use.
• Broad understanding of therapeutic areas and future pipeline to work on future-based solutions.
• Collaborate with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock value for patients.
• Proactive communication with HCPs on PSP.
• Report safety incidents and complete required trainings on time.
• Own SHE goals and contribute to strategies/action plans.
• Identify and report safety information on Roche products to Local SHE teams.
