Job summary

Roche Pakistan invites you to join a mission-driven team focused on improving patient access to Roche medicines. Based in Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi, you will build funding partnerships with banks, insurers, and NGOs to support access to care.

You will collaborate with Internal Therapeutic Area and Access & Policy teams to shape healthcare strategies, monitor KPIs, and help ensure patient safety and outcomes across Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience in NGOs would be an added advantage.
• Experience of corporate partnerships / business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of Pakistan Healthcare ecosystem would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to access Roche medicines by co-creating funding & financing solutions.
• Identify and engage corporate organizations, banks, and insurers to channel funding.
• Engage health start-ups to co-create sustainable solutions for access to Roche medicines.
• Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs across projects.
