Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (Pharm D) required.
• Business degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience.
• Experience in Nephrology and Rheumatology preferred.
• Cross-functional experience and strong business acumen.
• Growth mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Separate the primary stakeholders and Roche as the main contact.
• Support Roche’s products through their lifecycle and ensure proper use.
• Develop disease landscape understanding and product knowledge.
• Advocate for patient access to funds (PBM/SSP & others).
• Educate health care professionals on PSP (pre/post approvals).
• Report safety incidents to SHE and complete required trainings.
• Own SHE goals and align with strategic plans.
• Collect and report safety information on Roche products to local stakeholders.
• Maintain records per policy and handle additional duties as required.
