Job summary

Alphaconnect in Lahore is seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Team Lead to oversee a group of students, provide guidance, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

You will create schedules, assign duties, train new members, and foster a positive, collaborative environment while adhering to company policies. This role offers hands-on leadership experience and an income suitable for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of students providing guidance and support as needed
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with team members providing feedback and addressing any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with other team leads to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a positive work environment promoting teamwork and motivation
• Assist with training new team members as needed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
