Job summary

Aga Khan University Hospital is seeking a Consultant Neurologist (Part-time) in the Department of Medicine to manage patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. You will conduct examinations, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans while educating patients and families.

The role supports AKU's Outreach Services and integrated medical care. Requirements include MBBS with FCPS/MCPS/Diploma, PMDC license, and a minimum of three years post-FCPS experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS with post graduate qualification (FCPS, MCPS or Diploma).
• Valid PMDC license.

Responsibilities

• Attend patients, perform examinations, diagnose and treat common neurologic conditions.
• Document findings and communicate plans to patients and families.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on prevention to avoid recurrence.
• Remain updated on infection control procedures and follow them.
