Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, experience with Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and firewall configuration. Excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with firewall configuration and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other equipment.
• Maintain network security with appropriate protocols and firewalls.
• Manage user accounts and permissions on the network.
• Install and maintain server software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot server and workstation hardware/software.
• Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements.
