Qualifications

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Implement security measures to protect our network against cyber threats.
• Maintain server infrastructure including backups, updates, and patches.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement new technology initiatives.
