Job summary

AlSafe Finance Kuwait is seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to assist clients in Gujrat, Pakistan. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, setting up systems, and providing user training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in CS preferred.
Proven experience providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite; basic networking knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems according to client needs.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems on-site or remotely.
Train users on new computer systems and software applications.
Create user accounts, reset passwords, and perform system administration tasks.
