Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management to complete tasks efficiently
• Physically able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and use power tools

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs as needed
• Inspect and maintain equipment and tools
• Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds and curtain rods
• Paint walls and touch up any damaged areas
• Clean and maintain common areas of properties
• Keep track of supplies and inform management when restocking is necessary
