The Handyman will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks ranging from basic repairs to more complex construction projects. They will need to have a strong understanding of various tools and equipment as well as possess excellent problem‑solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls.
• Install fixtures and fittings such as shelves, cabinets and door handles.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Complete minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.

Requirements
