The People & Culture Business Partner (RSS India) has the mindset of a business leader and entrepreneur. This position partners flexibly with multiple leadership areas in a part of the business as part of a network. This position collaborates closely with Business Unit (BU) Business Partners of this part of the business & relevant Business Leaders to understand long-term business needs and strategic P&C priorities. This position then translates business strategy into P&C strategies for their leadership areas and drives fit for purpose implementation.
The position has specific responsibilities for external system shaping, reputation management, employer’s representation, employer’s branding, and collaboration with work councils as needed as well as internal cultural stewardship tasks. This responsibility is estimated to cover approximately 10%-30% of the time.
Employees are responsible for performing their duties in line with the SHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Protection) Guidelines and the applicable law. It is required to complete the mandatory training courses and follow procedures and instructions accordingly.
