Job summary

7vals in Lahore seeks an internal consultant to diagnose organizational challenges, working backward from business goals to shape structures, processes, and decisions that elevate innovation, capacity, morale and overall capability across teams.

You’ll partner with the Leadership team and CEO across functions to enable leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and help teams perform at their best through clarity, deep analysis, and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Diagnose organizational challenges and drive structural improvements.
• Identify capability gaps and streamline workflows to boost agility.
• Partner with leaders to clarify priorities and remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead org strategy, design structures, and workflows to meet goals.
• Enable leaders with frameworks and decision-making tools.
• Diagnose morale issues and design initiatives to boost engagement.
• Assess capability and plan upskilling and resource needs.
• Lead deep-dive analyses, synthesize insights, present solutions.
