Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA/ACCA with hands-on Oracle Fusion PPM implementation experience and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end projects.

The role requires analyzing business requirements, configuring Fusion PPM solutions, and supporting project lifecycles from design to post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or ACCA is mandatory.
• 6-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Conduct solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Projects modules including project costing, project billing, project contracts, project control, and project management as required.
• Manage and deliver all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, HCM, and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users during project deployment.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation best practices and organizational standards.
• Support stakeholders by providing functional expertise and guidance throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA is mandatory.
• 6-8 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM implementations completed as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Experience in integration touchpoints between Oracle Fusion PPM and Finance modules is highly desirable.
• Telecom industry implementation and support experience will be preferred but is not mandatory.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
