Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Pakistan seeks an Operator to run the KHS Blow Molding line safely and hit production targets. You will perform start-up/shut-down, changeovers, and parameter adjustments while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring utilities, coordinating with fillers and maintenance, recording production data, and strictly following GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety rules to minimize downtime and waste and improve OEE.

Qualifications

• DAE in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation.
• Experience with blow molding is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and 5S is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate the KHS Blow Molding line safely to meet production targets.
• Start up, shutdown, changeovers, and parameter adjustments.
• Monitor bottle quality and ensure adequate yields for preforms and syrups.
• Perform Autonomous Maintenance: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and monitor utilities for stable operation.
• Record production, downtime, quality, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, 5S, safety rules and Life Saving Guidelines.
• Aimed at reducing downtime and waste to improve OEE.

1. Operate the KHS Blow Molding machine safely to achieve production targets.


2. Perform machine startup, shutdown, product changeovers, and parameter adjustments.


3. Monitor bottle quality and eliminate defects through process control. Ensure Preform and Syrup yields.


4. Conduct Autonomous Maintenance (CILT), including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening.


5. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical, pneumatic, and operational faults.


6. Monitor utilities (high-pressure air, cooling water, chilled water, oven temperatures) for stable operation.


7. Coordinate with Filler, Mixer, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth block performance.


8. Record production, downtime, quality, and maintenance activities accurately.


9. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, 5S, Safety, and Life Saving Rules.


10. Drive continuous improvement by reducing downtime, rejects, and utility consumption while improving OEE.
