Mayatax Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our internal finance team and manage payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You’ll work with leadership and department heads to maintain accurate records, optimize processes, and implement automation where appropriate.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, ACCA/CA part-qualification or a bachelor’s in accounting, and comfort with a permanent onsite night shift.

Competenze

• ACCA/CA part-qualified or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–3 years in internal corporate finance and accounting.
• Payroll processing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations experience.
• Advanced MS Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting platforms/ERP like QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end internal payroll operations and tax withholdings.
• Assist in budgeting, departmental allocations, and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and provide insights.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, GL, AP, and cash flow tracking.
• Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Generate internal management reports, P&L, and cash flow summaries.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation and SOP improvements.
