Job summary

Recruitment World Offical in Islamabad is seeking a Fashion & Textile Designer with a strong portfolio and an NCA qualification to contribute to upcoming collections.

You will develop concepts, fabrics, prints, embroidery, and collaborate with production to ensure accurate execution while maintaining brand identity. 3–4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop/Corel DRAW are required. Working hours are 09:00 am–06:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from NCA is mandatory.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in fashion/textile design.
• A professional portfolio of previous fashion/textile design work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for seasonal and new clothing collections.
• Research current fashion, textile, color, and market trends.
• Create mood boards, design concepts, sketches, color palettes, and collection themes.
• Develop and select suitable fabrics, prints, embroidery, embellishments, textures, and trims.
• Design unique textile prints and surface patterns according to the brand's aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the production and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Review and evaluate samples and provide necessary design modifications.
• Ensure that final products maintain the desired design, quality, color, and finishing standards.
• Contribute creative ideas for new products and collection development.
• Monitor competitor brands and emerging fashion trends to identify new design opportunities.
