Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking Dutch interpreters and translators to join our onsite team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. You will work across health care, legal, education, and immigration settings, providing accurate interpretation and translation services.

Qualified candidates have IELTS with 6.5 overall and 6.0 in each subtest, a relevant English language degree, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English or another language.
• BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, ELT or TESOL.
• IELTS certificate with overall band 6.5, including minimum 6.0 in each subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Sign and agree to a surety bond and to a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Interpret for people using health care, legal, educational and immigration services.
• Check non-English speakers' understanding after each sentence.
• Conference, consecutive and public service interpreting.
• Deal with highly confidential information.
• Liaise between the service user and service provider.
