Job summary

Energy Alternatives seeks an Account Manager to oversee relationships with residential and commercial customers in the Lahore District. You will be the primary contact throughout the sales and post-installation lifecycle, identify customer needs, and coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.

You will also monitor account performance, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support contract renewals and upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM

Qualifications

• CRM-based account management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills in B2B/B2C contexts.
• Technical understanding of solar energy or willingness to learn and explain costs clearly.
