Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Security Guard to protect premises, assets, personnel, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring access, patrolling, responding to incidents, and enforcing site rules and procedures.

The role requires physical fitness, basic security knowledge, and the ability to report incidents clearly. Ex-servicemen or disciplined-forces background are encouraged to apply and contribute to a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Matriculation/High School or equivalent.
• Prior experience as security guard or related field is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, first aid, and fire safety.
• Ex-servicemen or disciplined-forces background encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at access points.
• Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activity, hazards, or suspicious behavior.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Maintain logs of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and daily activities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances and escalate when required.
• Enforce site access, safety, and security policies.
• Inspect security equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Provide directions and assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Support emergency evacuation and safety drills as instructed.
• Prepare incident reports and submit them to the supervisor in a timely manner.
