Responsibilities

• Answer and manage patient calls, schedule visits, and confirm appointments to optimize provider schedules.
• Triage calls, log interactions, and escalate urgent clinical cases as needed.
• Verify patient registration and insurance details; confirm eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate telehealth visits and manage EHR tasks with HIPAA compliance.
• Track outstanding balances and assist with basic billing and prior-authorizations.
• Collect external medical records, process lab orders, and manage prescription refills.
• Monitor EHR inboxes and maintain clean task queues.
