Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics leader to own end-to-end order fulfillment, site logistics, and packaging engineering for a manufacturing site.

You will drive on-time, damage-free delivery and cost efficiency by integrating order management, demand-supply alignment, and packaging design. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing KPIs, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and driving continuous improvement within the Cummins Operating System and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or supply chain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle, including order booking, modification, release and hold management.
• Manage EDI execution, weekly schedule runs, and alignment with customer demand signals.
• Lead demand–supply alignment, forecast vs actual, and KPI reporting (OTD, backorders, etc.).
• Plan and execute inbound/outbound logistics, including carrier coordination and load optimization.
• Oversee packaging engineering, cost reduction, and sustainable packaging initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, compliance with SCM ISO standards, and governance.
