Qualifications

• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, double-entry accounting, and general ledger processes.
• Ability to accurately reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and other balance-sheet accounts.
• Practical understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment records.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft Excel, for calculations, reconciliations, and reports.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems and maintaining digital financial records.
• Knowledge of applicable Pakistani tax and statutory documentation is an advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy, organization, discretion with confidential information, clear communication, and the ability to investigate discrepancies and meet deadlines.
