Job summary

Kinetic Kube is seeking two confident, proactive Business Development Interns for a 3-month, on-site internship in Lahore. We value fresh graduates with strong communication skills in English and Urdu and a proactive approach to learning and outreach.

The role involves fieldwork, client meetings, and face-to-face introductions of our services. Responsibilities include research, prospecting, CRM updates, outreach across multiple channels, and supporting BD proposals and meetings.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not mandatory.
• Strong communication in English and Urdu.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and prospect visits.
• On-site internship in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients, industries, decision-makers, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain prospect databases using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Introduce services and coordinate opportunities with the BD team.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
• Attend in-person meetings and walk-in visits to businesses.
• Update CRM with activity, notes, status, and next steps.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and follow-up documents.
• Work toward daily/weekly prospecting targets under BD guidance.
• Share progress and feedback with the team.
