Qualifications

• MBA with 1 year of experience related to Treasury Functions.
• M.Com with at least 2 years of experience related to Treasury Functions.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Sector is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering processes of all Imprest transactions within the parameters of Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd (SSGC) policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring the balances of Imprest account of regional offices on a periodic basis.
• Conduct regular reviews of all Imprest Bank transactions and reconciliations accounts.
• Receive, issue receipts and deposit all cheques collected from external and internal clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries pertaining to Imprest account.
• Assist in timely deposit of Pay Orders (POs) in bank accounts and issue confirmation to user department upon request.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other assignment as instructed by immediate supervisor.
