Qualifications

• MBA with 1 year of experience related to Treasury Functions.
• M.Com with at least 2 years of experience related to Treasury Functions.
• Experience in Oil & Gas sector is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and compiling databases of financing sources from banks, leasing companies, and investment firms for projects.
• Prepare consolidated reports of bank balances for all operating accounts on a daily basis for review by supervisor.
• Initiate fund transfers between accounts with approval and ensure transfers go through the ERP financial module.
• Report outstanding overdraft facilities from collected funds.
• Prepare budgeted collection and disbursement reports monthly/quarterly to plan payments and investments.
• Monitor invoices monthly to keep the accounting cycle complete.
• Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ethical conduct policies.
• Undertake any other assignments as instructed by immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior supervisor in managing and compiling database pertaining to sources of financing from lending institutions including modarabas, leasing companies, investment firms, and local or foreign commercial banks for financing long/short term projects as needed from time to time.
• Prepare consolidated report of bank balances regarding all operating accounts on a daily basis for review by senior supervisor.
• Initiate fund transfers from one account to another upon approval from senior supervisor and ensure that funds transferred are through ERP financial module.
