Job summary

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is seeking an Officer - Identity & Access Management to safeguard access across enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure. You will ensure proper access governance through RBAC, PAM, and regular reviews.

The role requires collaboration with application owners and business units to align access with business needs and to document processes and SOPs for IAM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of internship or professional experience in Information Security.
• Experience with access governance and IAM controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain user access rights across enterprise systems.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, recertification, and governance reporting.
• Onboard privileged accounts into PAM, rotate passwords, and vault credentials.
• Monitor privileged activity and ensure SBP, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS compliance.
• Update SOPs and support IAM/PAM improvement initiatives.

Job Title: Officer -Identity & Access Management

Job Overview

Raqami is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Officer -Identity & Access Management to manage user access rights and privileged accounts across enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure. The role ensures secure access governance through Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), periodic access reviews, and compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements, thereby protecting organizational assets from unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities

• User Access Management: Review and maintain user access rights across enterprise systems in line with approved policies. Coordinate with application owners and business units to align access with business needs.
• Access Review & Governance: Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification, maintain accurate records of user roles, and prepare governance reports with recommendations.
• Privileged Access Management: Onboard privileged accounts into PAM, configure password rotation, credential vaulting, and monitor privileged sessions.
• Monitoring & Compliance: Track privileged account activities, investigate suspicious access, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations, ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, and audit standards.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain SOPs and guidelines, identify risks, recommend improvements, and support IAM/PAM enhancement initiatives.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant internship or professional experience in Information Security.
