RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and office documentation
  • Manage office budgets and expenses
  • Act as the point of contact for IT support, external vendors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with basic IT systems and software is a plus
