Job summary

DWP Group in Lahore is looking for a skilled Odoo Junior Functional Consultant (Support Executive) to map business processes, configure modules, manage end-to-end Odoo deployments, and optimize operations.

You will drive requirement workshops, blueprints, data migrations, UAT, and user enablement while ensuring governance and best practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo and at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration (ACCA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, inventory, MRP and ERP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and create business blueprints (BBPs) and gap analyses.
• Configure and map core Odoo modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP and CRM.
• Own end-to-end Odoo implementation cycles, upgrades, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
• Perform data migration and ensure data integrity for master and transactional data.
• Design and execute UAT scenarios and deliver training to key users and admins.
• Provide functional guidance and detailed system documentation for mapped workflows.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Junior Functional Consultant (Support Executive) to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will lead business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping & Blueprinting: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders and create comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and gap analysis reports.
• Module Configuration: Map, configure, and fine-tune core Odoo modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM.
• Implementation & Lifecycle Management: Own and drive end-to-end full-lifecycle Odoo implementation cycles, system upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Data Migration & Integrity: Cleanse, structure, and execute precise master data migrations and transactional data uploads.
• Testing & User Enablement: Architect comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and deliver high-impact training sessions for key users and system administrators.
• Documentation & Governance: Provide functional guidance, deliver detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and ensure best-practice enterprise standards for business owners.

Qualifications:

• ACCA or B. Com or Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands‑on functional experience with Odoo, with a proven track record of completing at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, material requirements planning (MRP), analyzing business processes and mapping them to Odoo solutions and Configurations.
• Official certification as an Odoo Functional, and basic technical familiarity with Odoo Eco system, preferred.
• Proficiency in understanding spoken Arabic is preferred.
