Job summary

Mediod Consulting in Multan, Pakistan, seeks an Odoo Functional Consultant to implement, optimize, and support Odoo ERP solutions for diverse clients. You will gather requirements, map processes to Odoo functions, configure modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR), run workshops, and produce documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business/IT, strong process understanding, excellent communication, and experience with Odoo Studio, Python/XML basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP role.
• Strong understanding of Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR and Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients across various industries.
• Map business processes to Odoo functionalities and suggest best-fit solutions.
• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) according to client requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with Odoo developers to customize modules and enhancements.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
