Odoo Developer – AI-Assisted Development (Claude Integration)

We're hiring a Junior Odoo Developer who will use Claude (via Claude Code / VS Code integration) as a core part of their daily development workflow — to write, debug, and ship Odoo customizations faster and with higher quality. You won't just be coding manually; you'll be learning to pair with an AI coding assistant to build modules, automations, and integrations for real client projects from day one.

What You'll Do

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Python, XML views, ORM) for client implementations
• Use Claude/AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation
• Build custom features using Odoo Studio, Automation Rules, and Scheduled Actions where appropriate
• Work with senior consultants on functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Assist with Odoo.sh branch management, testing, and deployment for select client projects
• Document code changes and technical decisions clearly for client-facing and internal use

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in Odoo development or strong hands‑on exposure through internships/personal projects
• Working knowledge of Python and a basic understanding of Odoo's ORM, views, and module structure
• Comfortable learning and adapting to AI-assisted development tools (prior use of Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar is a plus, but not required — willingness to learn is what matters)
• Basic understanding of XML, PostgreSQL, and version control (Git)
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good written English for technical documentation

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce development
• Exposure to Odoo Studio or Automation Rules
• Any personal projects involving AI coding assistants or LLM‑based tools
