Odocore is seeking a Junior Odoo Developer to join our AI‑driven team in Lahore. You’ll write Python modules, customize XML views, and extend Odoo ORM workflows, pairing with Claude AI to speed delivery on client projects.

This on‑site, full‑time role welcomes 0–2 years of experience and a willingness to learn. You’ll work with senior consultants, contribute to deployments, and document technical decisions to ensure high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Odoo development experience or hands-on exposure via internships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Python, XML views, ORM) for client implementations.
• Use Claude/AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation.
• Build custom features using Odoo Studio, Automation Rules, and Scheduled Actions where appropriate.
• Work with senior consultants on functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assist with Odoo.sh branch management, testing, and deployment for select client projects.
• Document code changes and technical decisions clearly for client-facing and internal use.
