Fleekbiz Pakistan is seeking a Social Media Marketer to join our night shift in a fast-paced agency. You will create engaging content, manage posting calendars, and grow our clients' online presence from our PECHS, Karachi office.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Portfolio of successful campaigns required.
Social media copywriting with understanding of platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

Develop social media strategies based on client goals.
Plan monthly posting calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Engage with audience: replies, contests, and inquiries to spot sales opportunities.
Track and report results weekly and monthly with improvement ideas.
Collaborate with writers, designers, sales, and project coordinators for campaigns.
Monitor platform trends and suggest new ideas like Reels or live sessions.
