Job summary

Wadic is seeking a Junior Video Editor to join our team for on-site work at Lahore. You will support editing engaging video content for reels and YouTube, ensuring outputs align with brand guidelines and project goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the creative team and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of editing experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and familiarity with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting settings.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in editing raw footage into polished video content (Reels, YouTube videos, LinkedIn videos).
Trim, cut, and arrange video sequences effectively.
Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements.
Ensure consistency in style, branding, and quality.
Make revisions based on feedback from senior editors or stakeholders.
Organize and manage video files and assets.
Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and techniques.
