Experts Communication in Pakistan is seeking an International Sales Representative (Design Sales – Front & Upsell) to drive revenue with international clients. The role requires at least 2 years of front-end sales experience in the design/web/development sector, plus strong negotiation and closing abilities.

The position supports night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) with a competitive salary range, health insurance, and performance-based growth.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of front-end sales experience in design/web/development sector.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and team leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Generate and convert leads from Bark.com, Discord, and other platforms.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote services and acquire new clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.
