Job summary

5Stars Ecommerce in Multan, Pakistan, is hiring an Amazon Virtual Assistant to support Seller Central operations, product research, listings, catalog maintenance and reporting. This is a full-time onsite night-shift role from 8 PM to 5 AM.

You will perform product and keyword research, listing updates, basic PPC coordination, data checks and collaboration with catalog, PPC and client-success teams. Strong English, computer skills and attention to detail are essential; training and feedback will

Qualifications

• Completed Intermediate/HSSC or higher education.
• Able to work onsite in Multan on the current 8 PM to 5 AM night shift.
• Clear written and verbal English communication foundations.
• Comfortable using a computer, web applications, spreadsheets and online research tools.
• Amazon Seller Central, ecommerce, PPC, catalog or listing experience is preferred but not required for trainable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support routine Amazon Seller Central operations and assigned marketplace tasks.
• Complete product, keyword and competitor research using approved workflows.
• Assist with product listing, variation, attribute and catalog maintenance.
• Prepare accurate spreadsheets, trackers and recurring operational reports.
• Support basic PPC research, search-term review and advertising coordination when assigned.
• Monitor assigned cases, account-health items and operational follow-ups.
• Check work carefully for accuracy before submission or escalation.
• Coordinate with catalog, PPC, creative and client-success team members.
• Follow SOPs, deadlines, confidentiality requirements and internal quality standards.
• Learn new Amazon and ecommerce workflows through structured feedback and training.
