Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Karachi is seeking an Architecture Manager to oversee complex architectural projects, lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will develop plans, schedules and budgets, review concepts, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while coordinating with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in architecture management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Job description

We are a well-established architecture firm based in Karachi seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all architectural projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards
• Lead and coordinate a team of architects engineers and other professionals involved in the project
• Develop project plans schedules and budgets monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Review and approve design concepts drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes regulations and standards
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
• Collaborate with contractors subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
• Proven track record of managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Extensive knowledge of building codes regulations standards and construction methods
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for this position
