Job summary

Motive is seeking an MVR Specialist to own end-to-end onboarding of Motor Vehicle Records for our customers' compliance teams. You will juggle dozens of concurrent projects, each with state-specific paperwork, timelines, and stakeholders, so precise organization and follow-through are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance operations, or a similar customer-facing, process-driven role.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with paperwork-heavy, process-driven workflows.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage dozens of simultaneous MVR projects at once, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps for each.
• Prepare, submit, and track state paperwork required to initiate and maintain MVR access on behalf of customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with our external vendor partner, coordinating requests and resolving issues as they arise.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to provide status updates and resolve open items.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all active projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Identify and escalated roadblocks that could delay project completion, and drive them to resolution.
