Job summary

SPERTON - Where Great People Meet in Lahore is seeking a skilled Multi-Head Embroidery Puncher & Traveller / Digitizer for our commercial textile production environment. You will manage the complete embroidery process from punching and stitch planning to machine setup, production execution and troubleshooting on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience with Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML or Pulse, and a solid understanding of multi-head machinery.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Embroidery Puncher, Digitizer or Traveller experience in a commercial textile or fashion environment.
• Strong command of Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, Pulse or similar software.
• Good knowledge of multi-head embroidery machines.

Responsibilities

• Convert designs into machine-readable formats (.DST, .EMB).
• Digitize and punch designs using Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, Pulse.
• Set stitch types, density, underlay and pull compensation.
• Oversee embroidery machine setup and execution on the production floor.
• Align multi-head machines for large layouts with no overlaps or gaps.
• Troubleshoot embroidery issues and coordinate with vendors.
