SPERTON - Where Great People Meet in Lahore is seeking a skilled Multi-Head Embroidery Puncher & Traveller / Digitizer to join a fast-paced textile production environment. This role covers the complete embroidery process—from punching and digitizing to machine setup and production execution.

You will work with Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, Pulse and other software, ensuring designs are accurately executed at scale with high quality and efficiency. Travel between factory wings may be required.

Qualificações

• 2–5+ years of embroidery experience in commercial textiles.
• Proficient in Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse software.
• Experience with multi-head embroidery machines.
• Ability to adjust fabrics and stitch densities.
• Willingness to travel between factory wings.

Responsabilidades

• Convert designs into machine-readable formats (.DST and .EMB).
• Digitize and punch designs using Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse.
• Set stitch types, density, underlay, pull compensation.
• Oversee machine setup and production on the floor.
• Align machines for large layouts with precise positioning.
• Troubleshoot puckering, thread breaks, tension, alignment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and factory units.
• Calibrate machinery for consistent quality.
• Ensure mass-production matches sample.
