Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical skills and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or potential fraud.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Provide support for any ad-hoc financial projects or analysis as needed.
