We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants with 3–5 years of experience. The consultants will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs. One consultant should have hands‑on experience with Finance and Project Management modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business needs.
  • Provide expertise in functional design, process mapping, and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery, integrations, and customizations.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and user support for end‑users.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after implementations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and align with best practices and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or other ERP modules.
  • Working experience in Finance and Project Management modules.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end implementation lifecycles for Dynamics 365.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, etc.).
  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience in integration projects and data migration.
