The ideal candidate should be a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science or any equivalent degree preferably with 2 to 4 years of agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Closely manage and drive projects, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Daily reporting to management and directors.
• Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Motivate team and manage unforeseen challenges.
• Develop a technological development plan that meets the needs of both the business and users with technical specifications, high‑level system architecture, wireframes, timeline, and budget.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to the team.
• Document all technical specifications and associate project deliverables.
• Study client business processes and functional requirements to design solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical assistance to the Sales team/Account Managers in proposal meetings/ongoing project meetings with clients.
