EMPIRE GROUP is seeking a full‑time Mobile Application Developer for our office in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. You will lead the app lifecycle from concept to delivery and post‑launch support, driving global mobile strategy. Candidates should have 3–5 years of cross‑platform experience (Android and iOS), including VOIP, Firebase, and API integration.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Information Technology or software engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a developer on Android/iOS platforms.
• Publishing apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with VOIP applications on either platform.
• Ability to manage projects and lead a team from the front.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Develop with Android SDK, Java, NDK, Kotlin and integrate APIs using Retrofit.
• Develop VOIP applications and work with Firebase (Auth, Realtime DB, Storage).
• Design, code, test, and release iOS apps; align with business goals.
• Lead multiple projects, perform code reviews, and improve code quality.
• Translate user requirements into technical solutions with solid UX understanding.
• Work within Agile development processes and collaborate across teams.

We are looking for full time Mobile Application Developer for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad. The incumbent must have prior experience in developing both android and iOS applications. The developer will lead the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. In addition to delivering the product the successful candidate will be heavily involved in driving the mobile strategy globally.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application


• Experience with the Android SDK, java, NDK, Kotlin


• Proven work experience in API integration with retrofit


• Previous experience of developing VOIP applications


• Worked in firebase products like authentication, real-time database, storage


• Design, develop, code, test, and release to QA iOS apps in alignment with our business goal


• Ability to switch among multiple projects.


• Improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.


• Understand UX and UI design, so end-user requirements can be effectively translated into technical solutions


• Deep understanding of Objective-C or Swift


• Solid experience in native IOS development frameworks (API, testing, deployment, etc.)


• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data or Core Animation


• Comprehensive understanding of Agile development process.
