Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a full-time Mobile Application Developer for our Islamabad office. You will lead the entire app lifecycle from concept to delivery and post-launch support, with a focus on high performance and quality.

The role requires strong Android and iOS experience, including VOIP and Firebase, plus the ability to publish apps on both platforms. You will collaborate across teams to drive mobile strategy globally, manage a small team, and ensure excellent user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with Android and iOS development across app lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Java, NDK and Kotlin.
• Experience with API integration using Retrofit and VOIP apps.
• Firebase authentication, real-time database and storage experience.
• Proficiency in iOS frameworks like Core Data and Core Animation; Swift/Obj-C expertise.
• Ability to publish apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Leadership and clear communication to manage a mobile team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead mobile apps from concept through delivery and post-launch support.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate on mobile strategy and cross-functional teams.
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews and improve code quality.
• Translate UX/UI requirements into technical solutions.
